Two-dimensional drawing and three-dimensional modeling are two essential phases of our work. Ideas take shape in the digital space, overcoming doubts and mental abstractions, acquiring, after various modifications, the final form

SLICING

Slicing is the intermediate step between the digital model and the physical prototype. The software at our disposal allows us to change the print quality, production times, object filling and numerous other parameters, all depending on the prototype to be obtained

MATERIALS AND PRINTING METHODS

The materials available to print are innumerable and all of them allow us to satisfy a conceptual or definitive model. Our company prefers ecological filaments such as PLA and PLA compounds (added with wood fibers, carbon fiber, copper nano particles) that are biodegradable and very versatile. However, for printing needs we also use TPU, ABS and other materials that guarantee us totally different performances

PROTOTYPE

3D printing is the final stage of the design. The generated product provides us with different types of models: the conceptual prototypes that contribute to the evaluation of the shape and the assembly verification, the technical and / or functional prototypes that evaluate the performance of the object and finally the definitive prototypes that express in terms of quality of printing and materials the essence of the designed object.
